Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
■ Returns and Exchanges (Physical Products)
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer convenience are not accepted.
However, returns and exchanges will be accepted only in the case of defective products.
Upon receiving the product, please try it on once while keeping the product tag attached.
Please note that products with removed tags are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us via the contact page within 5 days of product delivery.
Only if the product is confirmed to be defective by our company will you be asked to return the product.In such cases, return shipping costs will be borne by our company.
